George bishop london dry gin

George Bishop London Dry Gin, created by Maidstone Distillery is a fitting tribute to our Founding Father, George Bishop, who installed the first Maidstone Distillery in the County Town in 1785. This award-winning, modern interpretation of the classic London Dry style is bold, complex and a perfect balance of 15 distinct botanicals. Warm Mediterranean orange and lemon combined with exotic spice. Sweet citrus notes from coriander and soothing chamomile are balanced with tellicherry pepper, cinnamon bark and ground almond.

Maidstone Distillery have a clear focus on sustainability and are committed to reducing the environmental impact of their operations to the absolute minimum through running on 100% green energy.

Our Italian menu is inspired by trips to Italy and created in collaboration with expert friend, Theo Randall. You’ll find lots of choice including our antipasto sharing boards, long pizzas, fresh pasta and desserts, as well as a fun and tasty kids menu. We’ve got vegetarian, vegan and non-gluten options and plenty to toast the mealtime with cocktails, beer or a bottle of wine.
