We welcome groups of any size – big or small. Many of our restaurants have private dining areas, perfect for all celebrations.
You can book through our website for party sizes of up to 50 – but please feel free to call your local ASK to speak with one of our restaurant managers to discuss your requirements, or email christmas@askitalian.co.uk stating your preferred restaurant and party size.
We’ll ask groups of 8 or more to provide card details to secure the booking. We’ve also got a pre-payment option, if you need.

Frequently Asked Questions about our Christmas Menu
We’ve got a great selection of festive limited edition dishes joining the menu. For starters, choose our Stuffing Meatballs al Forno or Caesar’s Prawn Cocktail.
For mains, our Christmas Carbonara is making a return as well as a brand new Prima Pizza Natale, with marinated turkey, pancetta, balsamic red onions, crispy sage and grated Brussels sprouts.
It’s not all pizza or pasta either – we’ve got brand-new mains like our Tuscan Beef Short Rib and Seafood Gratin.
If you’re looking for a sweet festive treat, our desserts include Cinnamon Swirl, Orange Panettone Pudding and Gingerbread Caramel Sundae.
No, we’ll still have our full menu available to order from, including all your regular ASK favourites. And if you don’t fancy having a full three courses, you can always pick and choose what you’d like from our full menu.

Vegetarians will be able to enjoy our Vegetarian Christmas Carbonara, fresh egg frilly tagliatelle with crispy THIS Isn’t Bacon Lardons and Brussels sprouts in a velvety mascarpone and cheese sauce.
Pescatarians can dig into our Caesar’s Prawn Cocktail to start, then enjoy our Seafood Gratin.
Unfortunately we don’t have any vegan Christmas specials, however our full menu will be available to order over the Christmas period, find our vegan options here.
As part of our allergen policy, we are unable to make modifications to dishes to remove allergens. Sometimes the allergen is hidden in ingredients such as stocks and sauces. Please use the allergen table to choose a dish that is suitable for you. However, you are welcome to remove ingredients or add suitable ingredients to dishes that don’t contain the allergen you are trying to avoid.
No, we won’t be offering a buffet style service over the Christmas period. All of the dishes available will be made to order, fresh from the kitchen.
If you’re dining in a large group, we recommend that you preorder – this helps us to provide the great quality food and service we pride ourselves on during busy times.
Yes, for Christmas we’ve got brand new cocktails, mocktails and hot drinks available to order. Like our Fizz the Season: gin, cranberry juice, elderflower and prosecco.
It certainly is, as long as our restaurants are open we’ll be available for delivery, Click & Collect and takeaway orders.

We want all of our customers to feel relaxed while eating at ASK Italian so we take very seriously our responsibility towards looking after our guests with food allergies, dietary requirements and Coeliac disease. We proactively ask customers about allergies and have allocated Allergen Managers to ensure a safe process, from order through to serving. We also provide allergen filtering through Pronto order, our digital table ordering system.

All you have to do is make sure you’re signed up to ASK Perks and we’ll email your code to redeem. It’s valid in conjunction with our Christmas Set Menu too, so that’s three courses for just £27.50 plus a free cocktail!
One Perk code per person but multiple Perks codes can be used on the same table.

Frequently Asked Questions about Christmas Bookings
Our bookings are open now! Whilst we do reserve some spaces for walk-ins, to avoid disappointment we strongly recommend you book in advance.
For tables of 8 or more, for you to secure your booking we will be sending a link to pre-authorise a £5 ‘deposit’ per head. This will be sent to you on a separate email.
Rest assured – no payments will be taken unless you fail to turn up for your booking or fail to cancel/rearrange 24 hours beforehand. In such cases, we’ll collect the full amount.
We do not take payments over the phone. However customers can pay in advance if they wish through Design My Night (which is our booking platform provider). If you’d like this option, please contact your local ASK once you’ve booked and we can facilitate this).
We ask groups of 8 or more to provide their card details to secure their booking. Before completing a large party booking online or after submitting an enquiry you will be sent a link through our booking partner Design My Night to complete the authentication. The authentication will be to pre-authorise £5 per guest. Once the process has been completed your card will not be charged and no payments will be taken unless you fail to turn up for your booking and/or fail to cancel before our 24hr cancellation period. In the event that you do not turn up for your booking or fail to cancel 24 hours before, the full amount of the deposit will be charged. If you need to amend or cancel your reservation, please contact our restaurants teams who will be happy to assist.
